Jasuto Pro is available now!

I can't believe they approved the app that fast, I made a change on the 26th of this month and had to resubmit it which means they approved it in less than a weeks time!

So, as promised Jasuto Pro will be on sale @ $5 for a while to let all of you upgrade and Jasuto Classic will be reduced in price as well.

The manual will be finished the first week of Jan 2010, I was banking on Apple not approving it so soon...should have known but there is still a fairly completely module reference included that should get most of you guys started.

Thanks for the great great piece of software. I'm not a modular expert so there're things not so easy to grasp (I know conventional synth well tho) but this stuff is huge. I'm sure when iSlate (hate the name) comes, Jasuto will be much more comfortable to use for the larger screen.

For the next update, could you consider relocating value indicator to top left somewhere?(are you lefty?) And with a finger, it is so easy to unintentionally nudge the param box so just seeing the value is rather difficult with current implementation. There could may be a grace period like 0.5 sec before changing value. Or better, if you tap the box how about displaying its value just below the name?

It's clearly marked as a requirement in the App store.

"Requirements: Compatible with iPhone and iPod touch (2nd generation)"

I was under the impression that iTunes wouldn't let you buy an app if you didn't have the required hardware?

I'm a long time user of Jasuto - really impressed with the demo vids for new version which I dont remember mentioning goodbye to the original hardware

If I had access to a 1st gen iPod then I would figure out what's failing, but I don't.

If someone wants to lend me a 1st gen iPod, I'll get Jasuto Pro running on it and give it back.

I do question if it's even worth trying to run Jasuto on first gen hardware do to it's processor intensive nature, but I'm willing to give it a shot.

Another thing, have you tried plugging in either your headset (with mic) or another line-in device? I know with Classic some people were having issues with iPods and that seemed to fix it, although that bug seems to have been squashed...

is it some specific issue or just general lack of juice - I'm happy to assist debugging if it'll help

with Sunvox dev just reset a flag & app worked (although a bit sluggish)

& I'm not bothered about sampling side - its the synth & sequencer I'm interested in

All code are used up. Still, it is a great program worth 9 dollars. I wish it was more obvious it was going to be a new program though, I bought the non pro because I thought the price would go up haha. Joke's on me.

I just happened to check in to see if there was any upcoming update to Jasuto, and you go and release PRO!
Since it requires OS 3.1.2, I finally updated my phone, just so I could run PRO.
This remains my all time favorite app on my iphone, no close second.
